Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Titanium so the nut can grip better into the soft metal to keep the wheel from slipping under hard efforts.

I'm a dropout, so is Scrod. Should we take our clothes off together, get pics taken, and post them here?

So the photoshoot is of you two shirtless together? Have you also been doing Abercrombie ads on the side?

I like LDG's slide-outs aesthetically, but do they function like regular dropouts? (stiffness and the like)

Same principle; just a different application. Probably overengineered if you think about it aha.
The clamps tighten down on the slide when you tighten down the track nuts.
