Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

the disty center was just up the road in Libertyville (at least that is where the lock shipping label sent them)

I asked a LLS (local lock shop) and they said there was a locksmith in the area that cuts barrel keys. I didn't check them out for price and whatnot, but I would guess it's easy to get dupes.

Just got the email tonight that said my shipping label is on its way to me. Not sure what I'll do with the new lock once I actually get it, but I'm glad that, though it took a lot longer than it really should have, it's actually happening. How do the replacement locks compare to the American locks?

So you can open the lock after you've sold it, and steal the bike?
