Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? A SERIOUS problem with IRO

I have not been able to contact IRO cycle about a return I wanted to make for 4 business days. I've tried email, and even searched for their phone number, but there was no response.

Anyone else have the same problem? This is a big hole in the "perfect" customer service idea that I was hearing about before buying.

P.S: Their built-in customer service response form (https://www.irocycle.com/contact-us.aspx) doesn't work as well. "Session timed out."

Thoughts? What should I do?

It's been a problem for a long time now. I know a few people who have even tried contacting them via their fb page to no avail. Good luck.

God... maybe I'll do a build for a short friend of mine or something if this doesn't get better

I don't know when it all changed, but Tony was absolutely on the ball with customers and the business for a long time. Seems like the last year or two he's either been unable to continue the level of service or they're having something else going on that has kept things in decline.

It's merely my perception, but I thought they went belly-up along with Vassago.

Sad to see two smaller companies wilt like they have.

I heard something about his kid dying and him taking a sabbatical. Purely rumors though.

I hope they're okay. Just went to their site and checked the solar generation. Seems to be running under what they historically do.
