quick question about forks

On this particular bike below.....

Is it possible to get the front wheel closer to the frame??

Maybe by using a different fork??

Its a Windsor "Clockwork Orange"

Pretty much. A fork with less rake.

or a hammer.

Yes, but it will affect handling. It would feel more twitchy. As Nagrom said, research the rake of your fork you have now, and find one that has a little less.

Also to be considered is straight blade

I'd get a bike that fits a little better first.

If you want the tire close to the frame, you will need a fork with way less rake. It will mess up your handling.

I don't think you should change the rake of that fork...

Also your brake hoods are angled strangely.

I actually love the look of that bike. Would take one as a city bike.

IIRC, the Clockwork has more of a road geometry. I'd say you'll be fine with a little less fork rake, but I wouldn't go too much. As others have mentioned, it will affect the handling.

lower profile fork, less rake will do it. but your bb will be lower, and pedal strike sucks enough as it is.

Just skimmed it, but it looks like this page might be relevant- https://www.sheldonbrown.com/rinard/forklengths.htm

Edited that before it even showed up as an edit. Would have figured it was Sheldon, I just clicked the first link. Didn't look like the standard sbrown .com formatting.

Why do you want your front wheel closer to the downtube? Because it "looks cool?" There is no reason for that modification and it will only make the bike ride worse.
