Handlebar, Brake, and Cable Issues

I am currently considering buying a Dimension Flat Top Time Trial Handlebar. Would it be compatible with Cane Creek 200TT Revers Brakes? What cable should I buy for it, and will it fit caliper brakes (specifically Tektro R720 Brakes, 39mm-49mm)?
