I was looking at it a bit closer. It doesn't have the same rear dropouts.

Looks like some generic eBay frame and it looks like the drivetrain is on the wrong side.

They're all lying. Knowing you, its a CL add. Offer the guy $1000, he shouldn't take it, but it will fence the ballpark in. Counter offer with $1200, don't go over $1350.
