Would anyone be able to identify this bike?

I was looking at it a bit closer. It doesn't have the same rear dropouts.

They're all lying. Knowing you, its a CL add. Offer the guy $1000, he shouldn't take it, but it will fence the ballpark in. Counter offer with $1200, don't go over $1350.
