Yes, more skids. I would like some credit for skidding and then wrecking a non-toe-clipped, non-clipless mountain bike down Boylston Street.
Ah.... Really, a chance like today to be stupid doesn't come often. It makes a guy yearn for summertime when you can substitute really late for bad weather.

Looks like you guys had a wicked good time - sorry I couldn't muster the oomph to get out by 1:00. Around 1:45, I felt wistful at the missed opportunity so I went out on a little excursion of my own - mad fun. Here are some pictures. Keep me in the mix for the next time.

damnit, apparently the power went out last night at wentworth, so my alarm never went off. i awoke in a post-drunken hung-over stupor around 2-2:30, and after checking the time was pissed that i missed the group ride. i can only make myself feel somewhat adequate by being 8 beers in the hole now, and significantly drunk... yay pats for winning!!! hopefully next sunday someone will have a group ride so that i can too accompany the fun, sorry for missing out today... im off to finish my mini'keg of beck's, later

YTS, love the panoramic and the shot of the Public Garden. If I got anything going next Sunday I'll be sure to let folks know. Maybe it'll become a regular thing. It wasn't my intention, really, but it would be kinda cool. We still need to hit Red Bones sometime, so...
I passed out for a while and then woke up. I was a bit stiff and sore when I came to. Apparently my little slid and slide on Boylston left me with a big purple bruise on my left butt cheek.
Oh, and the best part of the ride had to be when Alexi had to cut his lock off with a saw from Foley's because he left the key at home.
Rock on, gents. It was good to ride with ya's.

One of the youth I work with posted this message to our online Internet community:
Did anyone see Trevor on Chan. 7 News?
Did anyone see Trevor on Chan. 7 News? (Driving a bike in the snow @ Haymarket) .. ! I don't think I'm crazy because I KNOW Trevor has a bike! (I seen a picture).. And I know Trevor would do something like that hahah.
Your famous Trevor!

And one of our kids from Southie also saw us. Famous indeed.

Damn, I would love to but there's a MassBike metro-Boston organizing meeting tomorrow, so I'll be there until 8:30pm (unless it's called off, then I'm free around 5:30 or 6:00).
