funny, I've seen it here and in several other posts: the division between "street" riding and "road" riding. roadies ride on "roads", fixers ride on "streets". Bikes not fit for "streets" are fit for "roads" and vise versa. nothing wrong with it but its really interesting concidering that we all ride on the same asphault covered graded surfaces.

[QUOTE=Ceya]I wish Lemond but his name on a better frame but it is a starter's bike.

After some miles on it, I wouldn't call this a starter bike. It may have road bike geometry (which I like) but I'm definitely biased.

I mean by starter bike ,it has brakes on it and you will ease out of them and go fully brakeless. I have a Panasonic from mid 80s ,it had brakes but I took them off once I got home and it had relaxed angles but not like the Lemond.

I took off the back brake after switching to fixed but don't feel comfortable enough to go without the front. The cars at most stop signs here do rolling stops at best.
