Decided to get a steel track drop bar for a pure track fixie I am building. I am torn between a nitto b123 and b125 (pics here https://www.businesscycles.com/tbars-nitto.htm). I do 50% (or less) of riding on drops and the rest on the flat portion. Which one is more flatter/straighter at the top portion? General openions or review appreciated. Also, which size do you all ride on?

OT, but are you the commander taco from slashdot?

And I would go for the B123, but I can't tell a big difference.

I have the B123 and at first, I thought they would be too deep but they feel perfect. I love 'em so I say go for those but i've never tried the 125's so I guess this is pretty biased.

No affiliation to /. I think he/she/it is cmdr_taco. Now that I think about it, maybe I will change my title. Also, the difference between the bars is in the reach and drop. B125 is shallower, with smaller reach (as indicated on businesscycles website).

Buy both then choose which one then sell the other.

For a road fixie I'd suggest the 125's. A pair of standard brake levers gets lost on the 123's -- you are way down the curve (where you probably don't want to grasp them from above) or else the levers aren't far enough down to be reached when riding on the drops. The overall curve is pretty much identical -- as someone said above, the 123's are just a longer, deeper version of the 125's.

Don't forget these are 25.4 mm -- you need either a Nitto shim (about $6) or you need to use a 25.4 mm stem (either a Nitto or any mountain bike stem).
