wow...now I feel lazy and out of shape. My record-keeping isn't perfect, but I've done at least 182 centuries since 2004. 37 of them have been on fixed-gear bikes, so I know a few things about riding 100 miles -- most of it learned the hard way. |
I'm interested. Never got around to doing a full century this year, but I did 3 or 4 metric centuries fixed.

I'd recommend targeted searching through some of Rowan's posts/threads as well. He's got an abundance of fixed-distance knowledge. |
