My Schwinn Madison and my Scott OTG10. The Schwinn has been sold a few days before. Both are nice rides but i prefer the Scott because of the better components. Not a classic already - hope you don`t mind.

2002 Mercian Vincitore custom road fixed-gear in what is now year-round daily-driver/day touring/dirt-road-rambling mode, currently running 42x16 with an 18T for dirt roads on the other side of the hub. This is my favorite bike of all time, period.
c.1972 Gitane Tour de France conversion, pictured on sewup wheels but currently fitted with Kogswell/MA3s, running 45x17 and great for casual blasting about and taking on vacation
c.1990 Trek 950 converted to single-speed, SoulCraft convert unit, Zoom Brahma bars, mismatched cantis - more fun than should be legal on single-track!

I've always preferred the hard nylon cages to the metal ones.

And that flexyness gives advantages for me. Usually when I skids, I put more power to pull the cages up (rather than push down the other pedals) and nylon cages works fine on me. If I use metal cage, sometimes it hurts my toe. Besides, nylon cages last longer than the metal ones (you can't snapped the nylon cages, right?)
I have MKS NJS toeclip with MKS leather straps but I gave it to my nephew to complete his Raleigh Record conversion xD

New stem and bars. Not sure how I feel about them. I might just go with some compact bars instead.
