real quick question
i am going to get the IRO-Mark V and was seriously considering the $100 wheelset upgrade...so, do you think this decision is definitely a smart one? i think it is...i just don't know much about wheels and this wheel has machined sidewalls which i know is a selling point for some but to me i don't care about the extra braking performance. basically is it a good deal for a fixed gear wheelset or should i get the bike and get a different wheelset? haha damn this was longer than i had planned.
p.s. is the stock wheelset strong enough to ride on for a while until i save up enough for a new wheelset... if i don't get the deep v upgrade?

Yes, the stock wheelset is a very nice setup. Plenty strong for all but the wrost abuse. The Deep V's have a reputation of being bombproof and they are, but if you are tight on the money right now go ahead and get the stock build and have no worries.
