Baseball bat leather wraps?

I looked these up at the store but I haven't bought one yet because I cant find it in white. Has anyone used these on their handlebars?

Looks like it could work and they look nice plus they are cheaper then most bar tapes...

Perhaps cheaper, but only long enough to wrap the drops, not all the way up and over. I'd rather pay the extra $5 and save myself the headache.

Wrapped the bar-ends of my single-speed folder with Baseball bat tape - that was 5-6 yrs ago. Worked great, and it's now my 15 yr old grandson's main ride.

Hey, it has adhesive on the backside, and it has always worked well on my bats.

What the hell, you can get high quality bar tape for like $20.
