Conversion question - BB lock ring

On the Sheldon Brown site, he talks about using a standard freewheel hub with a track cog and a british-threaded bottom bracket lockring. Is he just talking about one of these in ISO/english thread? -- https://harriscyclery.net/site/itemdetails.cfm?ID=1165
