Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I hadn't noticed that is an interrupter brake lever apparently mounted over the grip.

Ok, come on, nitpicking the *color scheme* of a *dirt jumper*? Digging in the bottom of the barrel?

I have an old Giant MTB currently wearing an electric orange frame, bright yellow fork, polished cranks, and primer white seat post. Have fun with that one.

Come to think of it, swap the yellow on that Trek for white, and I'd roll it all around Clemson's trails...

Where do these CL sellers get these ridiculous numbers for prices? Every other ad is "put over 700$ of 'customizations' in it. specs: origin8 saddle, projekt fixie crankset, dopefixies.org wheelset, and I upgraded to risers"

Maybe this funky stem thing is going to be the next cool fad, then he can say he was into it before it was cool.

It's a mounting bracket for a removable kid seat. A co-worker of mine used to have one on his commuter ride. The kid sits between your arms while you ride, on top of the top tube.
