Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I haven't been on the bike since thursday, I'm going to give my knee about 2 weeks to rest, then I'm going to gear down for street riding. I'll only ride the 52x16(87.8) on the track, maybe a bit smaller. i'll just spin on the street. I walked about 4 miles today to the shop and back and my knee was fine.

I try, I live with my parents so I don't shop for groceries and I eat any greens I can find.

Any history of knee problems?

I had an ACL reconstruction done about five years ago, and they cleaned out a bit of cartilage as well. If I go on a ride with a lot of hills I'll have some pain for a couple days afterward, but it's not a constant pain, just when I straighten out my leg. Goes away soon. For the record, I use 46 x 16 and wouldn't want to go any higher.

Nothing before this. I don't think its a fit problem because it never happened before.

Yeah!!! it's better to cutting it off after getting the strength in your legs then you can. First build strength of your knee's. Use flexoplex it can boost your joints and you can get better improvement in your knee.
