Flip-flop hub
Hi everyone!
First of all, I want to say that I have read the beginner-threads and I've tried google. I just want some totally clear answers on my questions.
I have decided to create a beatuiful singlespeed and fixed gear-bicycle out of a wreck I have layin around. Therefore I bought this Miche-hub free/fixed. I have now realized that I maybe need Miche-sprockets for my Miche hub. Am I right? I have also seen threads on how many teeth you need on your sprockets, but I wondered if 16 is okay for my rear..? I don't know how many it is on my front sprocket, but I have two different sizes from the old crank-section. I guess these are 3/32 so I don't need new ones. Can I go wrong buying two of these 16 tooth sprockets?
Thank you so much!

This was my Halloween costume last year.
Anyway, as far as I know you don't need to use Miche cogs on your hubs. Miche uses a cog carrier system with splined cogs so that you don't have to thread them on and off when changing to different sizes, but this is not a requirement for their hubs.

You want to buy 1 fixed gear cog and a single speed freewheel. 16t is a good size and use one of the chain wheels that you have up front, I'm going to guess they are around 52/42t. Try them both and see what works for you.
