Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

The real question is:

Why do people still drive PT Cruisers?

Because cars usually last a long time.

My grandad has a PT Cruiser. Probably nicest one on the planet. All the chrome features.
It is literally the car version of my Kilo TT.

My parents had a PT cruiser because my step-dad could actually get into and out-of it. He's 6 foot 7 and 500 lbs and old. There was something about the way the door worked or the height of the interior or something that made it work out for him. Most other cars he has a hard time with.

I have been stuck with a PT Cruiser and a lime green VW Bug rental cars in my lifetime and I was more embarrassed to drive the PT.
