GF moves out tonight. It is over after days of up and down emotions, it is good but I feel like total crap. I can wallow at work or get carried away in the work. At least I can listen to any music I want. It is going to be a long work day.

I keep it simple, medium rare for steak, medium for burgers. If I'm in a really nice restaurant, I usually say whatever the chef prefers.

I'm lead grill cook trust me i know and it irritates me every time a server asks. no matter how many times i explain it to them. medrare and medium well are already inbetween temperatures.
people are stupid, those and people who want a medium well or well done juicy steak...... |

Today I went riding with 2 friends, we rode some real hard trails, took us 8 hours to cover 75km. I crashed while riding my friend's XTR equipped full suspension bike, apparently I don't know how to ride bouncy geared bikes, I felt really weird riding his bike.

You guys should join a sponsored bike racing club, and you'll either get your kits for free or at a deep discount. My current club sells members kits at 50% off msrp and they are LG, which is very good.

Today I got a professional bike fit.
On the caad and crux: Raised the saddle 1.5cm Dropped the bars 40mm Lengthened the stems from 100mm to 120mm 12cm of saddle to bar drop now. Looks aggressive, but feels good man. |
