Today I checked BFSSFG for the first time in almost a year. Thanks new day job!
SSFG-related: I recently took the toddler seat off my singlespeed and put a fixed wheel and drops back on to introduce my 12-year-old nephew to fixxybiekz. Last night's shakedown ride was my first time riding fixed in more than a year.

Don't call it a comeback.

Cool, I'm looking to get one of those as well.

Going to some stupid work social event after work because the door prize is a road bike with 6700 ultegra. I guarantee it will go to the fastest person in the room because prizes never go to someone that would use them

And the guy who won it didn't even stay through the whole thing and called the shop today to try to sell it to me for 500. Oh well.

Looks like I'm working mechanic at two shops now. I don't want to keep it up at the beach one, too damn far.

ive decided i want to start running a front brake again but i cannot decide between levers. Dia compes 139 or a TT lever and which one. I think if i ran a tt lever id have to cut down my bullhorns a tad as i dont ride on the ends but just after the bend.

Grrrr

Today I took off my rear brake, rode around for a little bit and barely noticed. Never used the thing too much anyways.

Headed to a bartending/cocktail convention tonight in Kansas City, should be interesting.

Today I rode the BWI loop around the Airport and then B & A to Annapolis.
Had great weather too.

I wish we had trails like this close to where I live.

I went to school in Germany for a semester. Each week the cafeteria had something we Ami's called mystery meat. Didn't find out what it was until two weeks before the semester ended. You know how goat tastes like beef only it smells a bit like goat. Horse smells a bit like horse.
