After 505 FG-only miles this year, I bumped up my gearing from 59" to 62", rather than going straight to 71" as I usually do most after most winters. Gonna spend a little more time building that "constitutional wind" before getting back on the bigger gears. ;)
I also drank a lot of coffee with coconut oil in it today. :love: |
