Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Thanks guys. I ended up ordering an Easton A70 bar cause it was on sale for 50% off and Tektro RL520 levers. I've only had one drop bar bike which is my Surly with Salsa Bell Lap bars so I am still figuring out what I like in a drop bar. I know I want something with less flair then the Salsa and as much or greater drop. And these were cheap so I can upgrade later if needed

Those are good solid choices. No need to upgrade, unless you have a fit/comfort issue with them.

You probably won't have to. Those should serve you well for quite a while.
