Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Wu-Tang/State "Collaboration"

I got an email from State Bicycle Co today, presumably from entering their contest here on BF. Apparently someone over there thought that this was a good idea.

the same thing happened with affinity, and to be completely honest i have a hard time believing that anyone from the group has anything to do with the decision making process on "lets make a bike themed by a 90s rap group from staten island"

The real question is how can they get away with charging nearly $599 for a bike that essentially looks like it's the same as their $429 model with a custom paint job. The RZA must be one greedy bastard!

Just google "wu tang brand" and you'll see that they've jumped the shark in so many other areas, too. They haven't been relevant for at least 15 years or so.

Can we talk about that disgusting fork and how it looks like Paula Deen slathered the entire bike in Crisco before they took pics?
