LA Fixies, This Friday
(stolen from elsewhere)
Friday March 11
meet at Sunset & Echo Park at 9:30 (in Echo Park)for the 1 year anniversary ride of Midnight Rydazz. To the uninitiated, Midnight rydazz is a fun ride that happens every second friday of the month. Unlike Critical Mass, each ride is themed and is pretty much free of hit you over the head style politics. Basically its a party in the streets! This weeks theme is biker gangs, so get your posse, fly your colors and ride hard!
then after the ride there will be a special after party at an undisclosed location with DJs, drinks, and music by
Silver Daggers (jazzy hardcore deconstruction)
Weekend Warrior (local bike kids throwing a tandrum, thrash style)
& and possibly as surprise guest band
all free, ride your bikes!

Hey the fun never stops...
This Thursday we've got another cool event. LA bike culture is blowin' up, yo!
Check it:
BikeSummer is in LA this year. We've got a lot to prove to
those 'bike' cities and we've been working hard, but we need your
help. We have a grip of newspapers that need distribution, t-shirts
that need to be worn, and stickers that need to be stuck.
Come to this show, pay your $5, see some rad friends of mine perform,
kick it with the crew and take some propaganda and distribute it in
your neighborhood. Straight up DIY style. See you there.
Thursday March 10th @ the smell
featuring:
RAMBO (An anarchist hardcore punk music collective from Philly)
Hit Me Back (South Central SxE)
Weekend Warrior (LA Bike Punx)
Disenthral (Brutal LA kids)
9pm $5

247 S. Main St
