Cycling wear for tall, skinny guys?

I'm in need of some new cycling clothing, specifically fall/winter stuff. Stuff like base layers, hoodies, and outerwear. I know companies like Chrome, Mission Workshop, Swrve, etc. make some cool cycling specific gear but I always have a hell of a time finding clothing that fits me right due to my body type. I'm pretty tall (6'3") and pretty skinny (165lbs). According to chest/waist measurements I'm definitely a medium, however mediums never seem to be long enough in the sleeves and overall length. For regular clothing I usually end up getting a medium-tall when available and it usually fits me spot on. Does anyone know of any cycling specific brands that come in tall sizes, or any brands that run extra long in the sleeves and overall length?

Not cycling-specific, but outdoor specific. The "Stoic" brand stuff that backcountry.com sells is very generous in the sleeves. And merino is the best base layer.

https://www.foxwear.net I'm 6'4"+; 200 lbs. Lou custom made my E Vap Lite jacket a year ago and tights recently and I'm very pleased. Prices and service excellent in my experience.
