Help on frameset ideas.
Looking to build up a tourer/distance fixed bike since the kilo is becoming a track bike and the leader is not a possible conversion. I'm looking for at least one bottle mount though two wouldn't hurt, more road geo and rear rack/full brake set up and 120 spacing since I don't want to have an odd man out on my wheelsets in case I ever upgrade.
So far here are the only things I'm considering, the Surly is the main choice even though it's not really good for a rear rack.
On-One Pompino
Surly Steamroller
All-city Natureboy
So are there any other options I'm missing out on?

I vote Surly! I love mine such a comfortable ride and can be set up to be anything you want. I love it so much my first geared bike is definitely going to be a Cross Check.

Cross Check is 130mm spacing so it puts it out of the question since if I like the track enough I'll buy a new track wheelset and use the H+sons on this new build. Plus, if I'm getting a Surly, I'll just go for the Steamroller.

Kilo TT WT. 120mm rear and double braze-ons. Seems like they are out of stock except for a 49cm, though.
Well someone had to say Kilo TT

I know you said frame set but the Kilo WT wouldn't be a bad option to look at either. It's like a Steamroller clone, you could get some spare parts bin stuff out of the deal if you already have some components. Just another option, im Steamroller all the way though.

Is it wrong to own a KiloTT and then a KiloTT WT?

This is the most backwards reasoning I've ever heard. You're going to end up with one bike that serves two purposes badly.

Late arriving, but what about a Wabi? https://www.wabicycles.com/bike_main_pg2011.html
Specifically designed with long distance cruising in mind.
I've been looking hard at Wabi, I need a new second bike. I own both a Steamroller and a Kilo. The Kilo is my current commuter bike. The Steamroller is undergoing a repaint and rebuild, that will probably keep it off the road for a couple of months, since I have limited time available. I enjoy riding the Steamroller far more than the Kilo.
