Is nice! I wish I had been able to fix up a bike for my special lady instead I got her a brand new one for free for selling the most Scott bikes in the company which was cool and she loves it to death but I would love to build something this slick for her. Fuggit maybe I will do it anyway when I gets the monies.

Universal has a couple to choose from. If the bolt sticks out too much I get a sacrificial nut, thread it on, cut the bolt to length, file, then remove the sacrificial nut.

I can dig it! I love those SRAM levers. I wish Shimano would make nice brake levers like that or even Tektro so that Gevenalle could use them for their brifters

This bike and I go way back, many centuries, duathlons and commuted to and from work 40+ miles/day for over a decade. Will make a nice winter bike for exploring new routes and mixing it up on the MUP with the locals.

I've been meaning to say I dig this ride. I recently picked up an '07 Roubaix myself.

Thanks @SCK. I'd like to see a picture of the 07 when you get a chance.

Mine now has black cages and black seatpost - Thompson Masterpiece NOS for $69 . Blue tires are going on soon.

Left side brake hood is falling apart and not sure what to do. 105 "Flight Deck" era parts are non-existent and brifters are really pricey on ebay. I may have to bite the bullet and outbid.

Good luck with your new ride.

@TimothyH

I've swapped the bars for a more comfortable set of compact drops, seatpost is an eBay score of a Thomson Elite for $36. It's got Dura-ace components and Bontrager xxx-lite carbon rear wheel and a an x-lite alloy up front. I've yet to take a "proper" photo of it.

Oh, I saw that pic and was lusting after the bladed fork and color scheme. Yeah, I have compact drops on my FG bike and they are comfy. Those DA chainrings sure are pretty. I'll bet that thing keeps up with anything on the road right now, huh? What kind of saddle is that?

Here's mine with black seatpost and cages. Your bike is like my bike's younger, more athletic brother.

@TimothyH it's a Fizik Kurve. Still not totally sold on it yet. It's quick, but I get lazy on it. I feel like my rides are faster overall on my fixed gear bikes. It is nice to coast here and there on the Fuji, though.
