Well, my new bag from Dank bags. Had it for about 2 weeks. Perfect timing too. Dating a fellow arty fartsy chick, so lugging her stuff and mine isnt a pain anymore.
I took pics of groceries because I was out of beer, plus Id figure that you guys would get a better idea on the size verses a big box. I could have fit more crap in there but was too tired, oh well. I forgot to take some books and misc. stuff out of the front 2 pockets.
Cory is a cool guy that would probably make whatever bag you want. There were a few too many straps when I got the bag, so I took them off. The image he did is me, kinda sorta, not really. I love the starps on the side of the bag for my u-lock. Now I dont have to take my bag off and on every lock up.
Heres his site. I told him id post some pics to help get the word out.

Cause it is Lucky... the actual image is a little curver but oh well.
The hardware? My girlfriend saw the bag and saw the plastic plates that keep the screws together. She insisted that shed make some metal ones. (Shes into metal... the craft not the music, well kinda) Anyway, I should call Cory and maybe tell him these might hold up a little better.

figured it was.
It's hard to tell, but it looks like there's a bit of screw poking out past the nut/plate. If I were you and you were me and I had that bag which I/you just got, I'd/you'd be a bit worried about them poking some holes in either the bag itself or something I was carrying. If that made any sense...

yeah, i'm diggin the bag so far. hauled an arseload of groceries from whole foods last night (mmmmmmm..... whole foods....). it's huge, but the whole backpack design makes it surprisingly easy to carry. i always had shoulder issues with trad. mess bags, and this resolves em nicely.
it was $235 shipped. yep, pretty expensive, but this thing looks like it might beat up an SUV in a steel cage match. sometimes, just sometimes, 'you get what you pay for' rings true.

Another REload backpack :
This bag was a slightly used one that ellie happened to have floating around the shop. I'm pretty happy with it - I can carry a laptop, 20 pounds of work tools and random crap, and still be comfortable. Beats the piss out of the chrome backpack I had before it.

i love the side and bottom compression straps on the reload backpack. doesn't look like the dank pack has them, although i'm sure you could have them added.
