Top Bar Brake Lever Solution

Okay, I'm posting this thread only as a last resort. I've been all over looking for a top bar brake lever that will fit a 26mm bar on the cheap. Not all that hard to find, I know, but the catch is I need it to be silver. I know all about the inline levers; IRD Interceptor Pro (which are currently out of stock almost everywhere) and the Radius Top Mount levers, but $60-70 seems a bit too pricey for a tiny lever. I'm wondering if I can use a regular BMX lever for regular cantilever brakes, and if anyone knows where I can locate an inexpensive silver lever that will fit 26mm bars (I've been all over eBay, can't seem to find anything substantial). Any help would be huge.

tektro interrupters come in silver. in the 20 buck range. If you can find a hinged bmx that ~may~ fit. Otherwise need to do some milling with a round file.

As Stevo said, there's the Tektro, and also the IRD. I know that American Cyclery has both in stock as I was just there yesterday and picked one up (IRD). They don't have them listed on their site, but call 'em up, they seemed to have a pretty good selection of single levers that'll fit 26mm bars...

these nashbar top-mount levers are now just $14 a set, formerly $20. the exact same lever is $30 at performance. i just put a set on my girlfriend's langster last week and while they're not as nice as my salsa cross levers (which cost me $40), they seem to be a pretty high-quality product for the dough.
