I thought the snow was what was keeping you and Ostro from riding with us?
Judah started some initial plans for an Alleycat so maybe we can do an Alleycat SERIES.... yeah, a BF Alleycat Series.

I have one totally planned out. I just need people to help with specifics like getting sponsors and maning checkpoints.

Was going to make a thread about it when I got home today, but I guess I'll do it now...

i've thrown a handful of very small ones (less than 6 racers). i think it's harder when you don't really know how many people are coming.

it needs to be just like a good enterprise application - robust, scalable...

i've never thrown anything big, but from my (very little) experience, you just have to figure out the logistics and the race will turn out fine.

Thread has been made. The race I've planned is very scalable, and is not totally dependant on how fast you are
That's the only clue I'm giving though.

Anyone want to help me with logistics?

(Harryhood, you know you commited already to race this one right?)

However, a note those considering attending in the future:
Mooning your opponents is not an approved tactic and you will be kicked off the track for it.
You were there? Who were you? I was the target of said mooning...

I meant 7 weeks not 6 weeks. I am done in 6 weeks, and Ostro in 7. I will be in LA for the big race. I am so sad.

You know the next weekend is memorial day with the monday off...

Look at me I am already causing trouble by suggesting a new date. Which is why I am not typing this in the real thread, cause once a date has been set it should not be moved.

I think the series idea is great though. One every month of the summer!

Red jersey on the grey rental Bianchi. I was riding with the mooner and friend, whose names I did not catch, though I did pick up your name in the pre-mooning planning.

I've been trying to go regularly (this was my third session) and usually I have a friend come as well, but she felt ill Saturday morning.
