under 160 for a frame and fork? not sure what you will find for that... I know if you search track frame on amazon something comes up for like 150, at your budget just get anything you can find in your size honestly.

if you need just a frame and not a fork as well then the Crew District is 150 on CityGrounds and looks like a really nice frame.

Just pick one of the cheap, crappy aluminum frames CityGrounds sells. Get the one your friends think looks the coolest.

In the end, isn't that all that really matters?

Jealous friends > actually doing anything right ever

Not a whole lot of options for frame AND fork at that price point in aluminum... You could always get a steel Vilano.

Schwinn Cutter SS Frame only for $59.40 at Nashbar Schwinn Cutter Single-Speed Frame - 2011

Steel, not aluminum but a crazy low price.

Ascent SS frame made of 6061 Aluminum for only $89 from Performance Bike. https://www.performancebike.com/bikes...400332__400332

Bikes: A bunch of old bikes and a few new ones

I'd look for what Nashbar has and wait for one of its sale; also take a look at what Bike Island has.
