Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? this isnt fg or ss but i could not contain my excitement when i saw this bike at work, much less on the island. when 99.99% of the bikes people ride are dept store full squish mtbs with squeaky everything, this was a real treat to see

custom rando frame, dyno lights, compass tires, ritchey components, ultegra, unheard of in the land of spraytans and huffys

Saw this guy the other day, it confuses me but I also think it's rad as hell. When I think Vivalo, I usually think NJS bikes, not this.

It's a Rick Jones, Biych!

Swell bike, though not a huge fan of the front rack.

Saw this thing outside 7-11 today (sorry for the lack of drive-side snap):

Here I thought I was the only person in this small-ass town that rode fixed.

Wal-mart apparently sells these as complete builds. Which would explain why there's a kick stand on it. Also because it's wal-mart this particular bike is probably pretty common.

But out of curiosity where are you? This was taken in the Shenandoah Valley.

The seat kinda makes sense if it's parked in public a lot.
