And mountain bikes. I felt so much more in control when I made that change.

Oh, wait... That's because I'm a roadie...

Yah, I'm a roadie. All my miles are on pavement. Half fixed, half with gears, but all road (well, these days, it's about 80% fixed). I use drops on all my bikes.

Should we suggest that those who do not use drops get off the road? :)

I'm impressed by his longevity. then again on the boards I'm used to he would've been banned a long time ago

dpc1192 11-22-14 01:40 AM

I just flipped my stem and now somethings like wobbling? I think it's my fork... its very subtle. when I took the stem off the steerer tube had been cut very short and the fork kinda moved and I thought I had it held back as tight as I could but it feels off..

Oy this is what I get for trying to do some work myself! I really hope I don't have to go back to my LBS to solve this :(

Shhh, they're the same person. I too can not understand why this idiot hasn't been banned, his troll behaviour has gone well past the point that it's funny or useful but sadly, the mods don't agree ... or give a stuff (yes, he has been reported)

Can someone please give me some serious advice about how to stabilize my fork when flipping my stem? Like I said I can tell it isn't tight there's a slight wobble.

GENESTARWIND 11-22-14 02:32 AM
