Yeah, I'd sure be a tough hombre if I ate pedals for breakfast. But, yeah, Egg Beaters pretty much taste and cook like real eggs. They are actually made with egg whites and some sort of egg yoke flavoring. I make mine as an omlette with a slice of sharp cheddar cheese and a slice of mesquite smoked ham with some salsa. Ummm, yummmm !
