Winter Gravel in the Southeast?

Winter Gravel in the Southeast?
These regional forums don’t seem very active, but here goes. New Englander looking for a warm(er) weather location to do some February 25-40 mile gravel rides. I like rural areas with camping (love state and national forests). I’ve camped and ridden Francis Marion NF numerous times and I’d like to find somewhere now. Thanks for any suggestions!

Not sure what the weather will be like - it could be freezing one night and ~70°F the next afternoon, or where you're looking to go.
I've never ridden these routes but was looking forward to it once I got my bike and body squared away.
There are 22 routes just south of Hattiesburg, MS around Camp Shelby.
These routes were part of the MS Gravel Cup.
