Anyone in the SE going to do this ride? A group of us from the mountains intend to drive down to do the century.

I've spent too much time down in Elizabeth City to want to go back there in this lifetime. I think I'll stay up here and do the Burnsville Metric that same day. Last year I did the Burnsville ride on Sat. and the Tour de Cashiers metric on Sun. That was some good riding.

The Burnsville Metric's a pretty course. Randy at the Celo Inn gave us a copy of the route when we were there in September and we rode it one day.

Randy R. is about as good as they get at keeping his biking guests informed about local and not so local rides. Now if he just had a decent set of climbing wheels cheap!!!

Flat and Fast and it's only an hour from my house. Pending race schedule, I'll be doing this ride again this year.
