I picked up some Cottonelle tp at Target. The good stuff, too, not that single ply stuff, cause I roll that way! I hope to try it out soon!

Good to know! I was getting a bit tired of knives, sleeping bags and cargo pants.

Have fun(?)! :D Sometimes I wonder why fancier restaurants don't use better tp's.

Still have to rotate the bar down and lower the saddle just to match my C'dale config.

Hi Dave,

Nice step up! :)

However, an Italian bike without Campy is like a day without sunshine. ;) <JK>

I'm sure that it rides very well. Enjoy!

Um, I bought a gallon of milk on the way home from work.

Why? There's hardly any carbon fiber in milk.

What's wrong with knives? As long as they're Spyderco knives i'm happy. :D

It worked well, however, I'm bidding on some from Assos, I'll let you know how it compares.

Perhaps you need to go to some fancier restaurants, all the ones I go to use linen!

TehK 11-27-07 11:51 AM

Just got a new CompactFlash card, and a banana for breakfast...

jpconrad 11-27-07 12:11 PM

So far it seems like the same crap they've always got up there.

...put my birthday cash to good use!

TehK 11-27-07 03:02 PM

Please pardon my ignorance, but what is a dog fang, and what is its purpose??

Scootcore 11-27-07 03:03 PM

keep yer chain from dropping if im not mistaken!

Mo'Phat 11-27-07 03:09 PM

For chomping wheelsuckers.

...actually, it's to prevent chain drop. It goes on the seat tube, right next to the teeth of your small chainring. So, when you downshift, if your chain is a bit wonky, this will guide it back onto the ring.

MarkAJ 11-27-07 03:13 PM

I have a Jump Stop, same thing, on my triple because they inherently drop the chain when moving to the granny gear when under load. I did not know anyone used chain stops on doubles, but going from a 52 to a 38 might present the same issues as the triple going 42 to 30.
