that's true...the store needs a little more room or to be arranged differently.
otherwise, it is a fine store. i'm in there once or twice a week buying clif bars or looking for and buying plenty of other stuff. as a matter of fact, i'll be in there today for another box or two of bars.

If I get a TT bike, I'll be selling either my Cyfac or Roubaix Pro.

P2C or even the al P2 is a much better choice. I'm sure there's a shop by you that has one you can test ride.
I wonder if QS/Gerolsteiner are going to use real transitions this year for the Tour.

I think Gerolsteiner and QS both used real straight top tube transitions at ToC. Bettini was the only one using a sloping tube tube transition.

Hi,
I'll try asking this question here to try to keep this as low-key as possible but, "Did dog hair really get banned!!??"
I saw the squabble he was having with patentcad in the Road Forum and IMHO feel that if dog hair did get banned then patentcad was just as deserving.
I really try to stay out of this kind of stuff but dog hair has been a good guy from my forum experiences with him.

Thanks for pointing that out. I'm wearing my single vision glasses right now because I'm too lazy to get my bifocals which are upstairs right now. Getting old sucks in certain ways.

Well...I'm back from the Swap Meet (posting here instead of the swap meet thread because I'm attention starved).
WooHoo! Got me a Leader 796R full-carbon road frame ($520 - normally $600 online), matching I804 carbon fork, Leader stem, Cane creek headset, FSA ProWing Alu bars, Fizik Aliante Sport, some bar tape that's buried in my backpack right now...um...and the binder rings for a pair of DA brifters. All this stuff was brand new...and I was even looking for used things.
At the Leader booth, I was talked out of the 58 frame for the 55 by Randy of B&L Bikes...who was helping the Leader guys at the booth. He sat me on both size frames, and the difference in comfort to me was pretty obvious. The best part was that Randy offered a free fitting at B&L when I get all the bits and pieces together. That's a $100 value, which I will probably take him up on.
I just got the Aliante because it was there.
I cant wait to build it up.
ps. No pictures because Leader didn't bring their Carbon frames (something about not wanting to damage them in the trailer) so they only had built up bikes. I'm picking up the frame tomorrow.
