I was to see if there's such a thing as Liquid Spam. Apparently there isn't, but the term has an interesting slang definition.

No joke -- a kid in front of us at Golden Spoon this evening ordered marshmallow sauce, gummy bears, AND butterfingers on his yogurt. Must have been his recovery meal. That kid is going places!

The best was when the yogurt guy poured an extra dollop of marshmallow sauce on top of the gummy bears.

Made me think marshmallow sauce may be a power food. Not sure if it's calorie-dense enough, though.

But I found the bones in my teeth were even worse than the fig seeds....
but when they were stuck in my teeth, they helped filter the larger gnats out so I was only eating the smaller more protein filled ones...so that was a bonus!
