Yeah, I go to Pop's place. We pay for the fight but he has the cable. I just can't get myself to pay for cable. Not crazy about I Love Lucy reruns or the Plastic Surgery channel. One or two fights a year worth waching, I'll go to Pop's!

I was hoping it would be at your place so that I could get a fight and a style!

Don't worry, Vance, I'll borrow it for the night and give it back to you in the morning. I'll be watching the fight on Dad's 65" HDTV.

The only fights I'll care about that day are the following:

My fight to hold at bay the urge to hurl as I climb Oak Glen.
The battle to keep my legs turning over on Onyx.

Joy, you're welcome to my man-card for the day. I'll go ride Vivian for more hours than I should since I'm so slow.

Anyone doing BA is all man and doesn't need a stoopid card.

I'll be schmoozing with fat cat clients in the morning (it's Derby Day) and eating pizza with my dad in the evening. I'll have to practice my scratching and burping. I'm not very manly to begin with, so I'll need any man card I could I get.

This is why Vegas hotel rooms were starting at $300 a pop for that weekend.

De La Hoya and some punching bag. (dunno..not a big boxing fan)

I've been watching MMA too long, and now when I watch boxing and they clinch, I'm waiting for the Kimura or some ground'n'pound.

Of course I'll be watching De La Hoya retire with bang.. Right across the face!!!

Mayweather has every advantage in this fight... Now he just needs to shut up and prove to the world that he's the pound for pound best.

Hey Beanz, when I read the topic title, I thought you are going to pick up a fight with some of these skinny climbers if they kick your azz on the BA I was already making a plan to drive up to Onyx to watch it live .

That just may happen Jimmy! I saw a video posted in the other forum of 2 riders fighting a while back. If you wanna call that fighting! I'm pretty sure I can take out 4 or 5 at a time from what I saw. And that's before the wrestling starts!

I thought the same thing before the Vargas fight. I really didn't care for Oscar before that fight. But to get pounded, then fight back and beat the other guy silly made for a good fight. If he's in good shape, he's is a good fighter.

Now as far as that "pound for pound" thing, look what happened to Roy Jones Jr (and that's from an actor)! For the 30 sumthin' years that I've been watching boxing, the announcers so many times say,"this guy is history's greatest fighter, pound for pound" usually right before they take a serious azzwhippin'!
