Fitters in Claremont/Upland/La Verne area

I'm looking for a good, reputable fitter in the eastern San Gabriel Valley area. This leaves out the west side, but I'd also go a little further east to Rancho Cucamonga. However, I wouldn't mind branching out a little further for one who is excellent.

I know Stan's in Monrovia fits for Serotta bikes. Are there any others in this area to whom you wouldn't hesitate to go again?

I'm not sure she's looking for a bike, maybe just a fitter?

I bought my last bike at Coates. Good service when I need the adjustments and some work on the new headset that seemed to work loose after a hundred or so miles.

They offered a free fitting with the bike purchase. I declined as I was pleased with the bike after a couple of my own adjustments.

Last time I went in I spoke with a guy named Henry. I was thinking of a new bike but wasn't sure. He spend a good amount of time helping me out and providing tons of info on the bikes. He's a very knowledgeable racer guy. If I do buy a bike, I'd go to him only cause he was so willing to help.

The owner Corey is a good guy but I think Henry was just so helpful. I'd ask for him if you go there. No I don't work for them, just had great service and treatment when others have pretty much lost my business.

I think she has a bike that she bought at Coates. If Cory offers free fittings I would think she would go there. Henry is a good guy, but I haven't seen him at a race in a couple of years. He used to race Cat.4. Dominic at Incycle in Chino is good. I'm not sure how much he charges since I've only seen him fit people who purchased their bikes there and I think he offers free fit with purchase as well.

Thank you.

Yes, I'm looking for a fitter, not a bike (the next bike will come later, after the fitting).

redal's correct, I did buy the bike at Coates. I didn't even ask them about a fitting, so I think I'll start there and ask if they do them (and look for Henry while I'm at it). If not, I'll ask if they know anyone in this area who does. I'll check with Dominic at Incycle too.

Thanks!
Jen

Go to Jax bicycle center in Claremont. They can hook you up with Brent. He works at the Jax in Irvine but lives in Rancho Cucamonga. Best fitter I know of. He may be able to fit you there in Claremont. He did wonders for me and my riding style. Highly reccomended!

Thank you! I'll go to Jax. I was planning to go there anyway to test ride a Trek 7.6fx.
