Speaking of Jerseys/Kits...

Ours is black and white... we did that for the 07 Cross Season.

Do you see how many damn teams are doing the black/white kits this year?

Lame.

i actually haven't seen many kits this year as i haven't raced or been on many open training rides. i've seen crash's coffee kit, and jeff's rancho's kit. and my team's kit looks like this which i really like. in fact, it's the main reason i joined the team.

but the bearclaw kit looks pretty badass.

BUY A MOUNTAIN BIKE!!!!

Hi,

I gave up mountain biking after I realized that I was spending more time DRIVING to and from the rides than I was actually riding. And this was back in the 80s when there were more areas in the OC to ride.

I figure that when my wife and I retire and we build our dream house in the sticks off of the grid, I'll get another mountain bike since I'll be able to ride right outside my front door.

I may be too OCP for MTBing. I don't see much white bar tape on mountain bikes.

It's the whole imitation, flattery thing at work.

I like your kits though, they're cool.

Enzo:

I've got my banana hammock cocked and locked...where do I start the initiation?

ps. Team Bearclaw got their black and white kit idea from the SoCal Bike Forums jerseys...but were too cheap to get that one extra color.

I'll talk to Chet (I hear he's currently out in Tennesee doing some tornado dodging, it's his new favorite sport... more or less, he sees how close he can get to the tornado before he moves)

What cat do you race? The condition for all new racers is that they must, at the minimum, upgrade to Cat 3 within their first season of racing (Chet prefers Cat 2 in one season, but he isn't too strict on that one)

Why don't you just put Gators on your bike? I rarely get flats with those on.

I'm looking out for you. I don't want you to have to root around in nasty river water with a tape measure.

because they aren't the cool tire of the moment. gp4000's are toast, so i'm getting krylions. i had great luck with the previous version of those, plus the bike will look good with a splash of red.
