Yeah, if one is married, one looks blurry from all angles and one sees all others as blurry. It's a universal truth.

I need to, feeling lethargic at the moment, which means I really need to. I've gone from slacker to utterly pathetic lately. I made it to one spin class this week, and I think I lifted weights once this week. That's no good.

Okay, well, I feel like you do, Ron. I did go to the gym every day (except yesterday when I decided to eat instead), and I still feel disgusting and pathetic (my workouts lack luster for sure given that I feel like crap on top of it). But all it will take is one good ride and you and I both will be back to normal! It's hard right now...bad time of year and then bad timing with the current smoke situation. This too shall pass (I'm a die-hard optimist).

Well, this is why it's not a formal ride. You SD people have it much, much tougher than us LA folk.

Yes, especially to shellfish, and it can kill you.

Yep. I used to eat a lot of shrimps; now I'm mildly allergic. Luckily for me it's not fatal. I just get thick, sexy lips if I eat a few/esp if I touched the shells.

Two weeks ago my lower lip swelled up at the dinner table and since then I've had like 3 recurrences after consuming some food. I've never experienced this in my life before and my diet hasn't changed. I'm trying to pinpoint what the heck is causing this and am currently not on any meds either.
