Seriously, I was at a party on friday, and 2 girls were making fun of my little tiny arms. One of them decided to call me T Rex. They stopped after seeing the impressive guads, but still.

I'm the smallest/sknniest in my group of friends. I can also do more pull ups than the rest of them.

RE pushups - every other day, along with the crunches. Gotta keep the core, you know? Maybe I need to get a pull up bar. Or some weights.

When you're cruising up the local alpine inclines and the rest of the pack falls off, you can never be too thin.
As far as the "Cycling hotties" go, there weren't none when I was a young lad on my cycle at least in my neighborhood. I didn't even know chicks rode bikes. Go figure. Now, I sees them all over the place and I can only smile and nod as my woman would slash my tires if she thought I would score on a ride. And I've tried to get her to ride. Bought her two bikes and offered to do all work if we went tandem. But no go. Sigh.
And she says I'm too skinny. But I've been all bulked up before and I feel better now. I can ride to Wilson without feeling like I've done real work. I'm almost in cycling shape.

Ya, the pushups are great for the core. The chin ups are good for the biceps and triceps. You'll get excellent results will pullup though.
