Wildflower Century April 26? Register Today!

Who's in for the Wildflower Century on April 26?

You can still register as there are registrations for sale available here https://www.slobc.org/waiting/Sellers.html

Looking for someone to ride with. How easy/difficult is it?

I will be staying in Paso Robles.

I'm in, I'll be there to check-in Friday night and have some dinner. It has about 5,800' of climbing. Usually it's cold in the morning and last year it got to 98 degrees in the afternoon. It's a great and the SLOBC supports it well.

I can't imagine as of April there are still spots left. Usually the ride sells out in a day. What happened?

What distance are you doing? Regardless there will be hills, and tough ones at that. Bring your camera and just enjoy the ride. It's one of my absolute favorites!

I'm doing the century. It has been officially sold out but you can still buy registration from those who registered and cannot go or whatever.

Hi Dante,

I have a ticket for the Wildflower, but Devil Mountain is the same day. If I do well enough on the Mulholland Double this weekend, I'm going to sell my Wildflower ticket and ride Devil Mountain. If not . . . I'll see you on the Wildflower!

Mostly P & R...

Nah not this year. I did it for 25 years straight... been there done that. This is a recovering year for me. Trying to get back into shape and I am trying to save money.

Should be an absolutely gorgeous wildflower year. Someone please take photos!!!! I've been getting some great shots here locally on MTB rides.

Last year it was so hot all the flowers were running for cover. I don't carry a camera with me because the one I have is an old brick style. I have 35 years with the company I with and they just gave me a new camera, it should be just before the ride. If it is I'll use it.

So, 163miles is 'well' or are you doing wildflower. I am registered but have no plan yet how to go up 3.5 hour drive; I can share expenses or a drive, a room, and even get the food. I just don't like the idea of driving Saturday from 3:00AM alone to an area I never visited...
