I'm wondering if the Rangers at the County Parks down there have something to say about alchohol consumption in the park. Flaunting it like that probably isn't the most wise thing to do.

You had referenced their website in your article and there were more than a few references the alchohol consumption in the threads pertaining to that ride. That was until they realized those references were not very wise and deleted/edited them. The hypocrisy of those involved who are supposed to be advocates for mountain biking in the area is less than encouraging. Yet, they wonder why their tail work day crews are so lacking in volunteers when so many ride mountain bikes in the dirt around here.

I think this was a novel and fun way for a group to spend the day.

Kudos to them for coming up with something original.
