Be careful who you call an idiot!

So I was just finishing up an afternoon short ride and as I was turning up my street a motorcycle was right behind me. I'm not thinking it's anything unusual, maybe he's new in our neighborhood or just lost...whatever.
So I'm pulling into our cul de sac and he's right there next to me...so I'm smiling and figure he's lost maybe in need of directions. So I stop and he's saying something (I can't hear the guy through his helmet) and I say "What"? He pulls a little closer....
He says, "Are you the guy who called me an Idiot"?
I'm like...What??
The look on my face as I said no must of told him everything and he was pretty cool during our conversation. There was a guy about a block ahead of me that might have been the culprit and he did say he was held up by lights as he tried to catch the guy.
It was pretty wild being confronted by someone for something I didn't do.
I'm guilty of yelling at people but usually say "Fing Idiot". I'll be re-thinking my strategy after this conversation.....it was a little spooky. Spooky enough to post it here at least.....

That's what I love about riding a motorcycle: after a few years of shrieking obscenities in the confines of your closed helmet, you realize that the offense is only to your own ears.
I'm surprised this guy heard anything.

Speaking of that, I just had a close-call on my motorcycle yesterday with a pickup truck who was riding out the middle of a parking lot driveway. Perhaps by accident, I locked the rear wheel for an instant, pivoting the bike just enough to scoot out of the truck's way. It was one of those miraculous/genius accidents that I wish had been caught on film. The truck driver was impressed enough to pause in his cellphone conversation. I was only able to call him a "Guh!", (which is Adrenalian for "idiot.")

There's my answer Chris! from now on Guh means Idiot for Roadies use only.....no MTBers or fixies....JUST Road Natzi's......(that doesn't include you as you invented the word, so you can use Guh anytime Chris)......

Now watch some guy stop me tomorrow and ask me if I called him a Guh......

ps...glad you made it out ok with the close call!

Better to have a bad afternoon after exchanging eff-you's with some cellphone driver, than end up in prison.
