SART final section- timeline progress?

SART final section- timeline progress?
I read several weeks back that they had authorized or funded the middle section from Green River east to connect... but can't find any updates on the SART websites I could find. Does anyone know the probably timeline for this project? I ride from Riverside and would love to see it finished!

All I've ever read was that it should be complete in 2013. by the lack of construction that I see in those areas, I would think they're falling behind schedule. Hope I"m wrong.

In the past I've emailed every government email address I could find that was associated with the SART, never got a response from anybody. Not sure why they even post their email addresses on the web.

Too bad it's so difficult. I tried several searches to find something that would give me some info but got nowhere.
