Beware this van

Sunday morning around 7:30 I was cruising PCH northbound in Santa Monica when this van zoomed past me at very close range, maybe within a foot. Close enough to quite startle me.

As it faded down the road, I noticed it turn a U and come back in my direction, so I snapped this photo with my phone as it came by.

The driver of this van either intentionally buzzed me, a very dangerous trick; or is driving with a reduced awareness, also dangerous.

Usually I beware vans that read "Free Candy", but for this hunk of junk I'll make an exception. PCH can be a blessing and a curse, great road but sometimes it can be a bit hectic, especially through the Santa Monica through Malibu sections. Be safe out there!
